  Liked: This place was clean and comfortable and so conveniently located aswell, as reasonably priced. We didn't mind the stairs or the small size of the room/shower etc. The staff were so friendly.

  Disliked: The shower was only hot late at night. We didn't get outside noise pollution but could hear pipes in the night. There was a fan which drowned out the noise though. There was not enough room at breakfast time, it looked ok but we couldn't try it. If there are only 17 rooms then surely they could make sure that there is enough room. Breakfast is also served from 8 which is late in the usual scheme of things and maybe and early start could mean more people get to eat spread over a longer time. I'd rather pay another couple more 100 to get a good night's sleep, a hot shower and ensure I can get breakfast, because after all that is what a hotel is for.

  Liked: Location was great! Close to everything, just couple minutes from the station. Breakfast was great, there was a choice of food you could pick from. The hotel is very clean and staff is amazing. Guys from reception took our suitcases upstairs in our room as we left them to go get a drink before our room was ready and they also brought our suitcases downstairs once we were ready to check out! Great staff and great service. Price for the hotel was reasonable. Would definetly recommend and we will be happy to go back there next time we're in London!

  Liked: Loved the decor and the thoughtfulness. They provided lots of little extras to make the stay comfortable, even providing an umbrella for the rain. The staff really couldn't do enough for you which was lovely.

  Disliked: No lifts to higher floors but completely understand how they would be impossible to install and the staff offered to carry our luggage on arrival and check-out.
