Very good
Liked: Great location, clean rooms, very friendly and attentive staff. Really comfortable beds and soft, thick blankets.
Disliked: There is no handshower only overhead. Heating is provided by AC units, which are loud and only controllable with a wall panel, remote control would have been great to control during night times.
Liked: Great location near all tube stations, staff were lovely.
Disliked: Was very small rooms and we were on lower ground and could hear the tubes every 5 mins. Went to reception and complained told me they wouldn’t move us unless we paid £30.
Fantastic city hotel, although rooms are a bit compact
Liked: Good clean modern room. Exactly what you would expect from an affordable city hotel. Good breakfast area/restaurant. Check-in super quick, self-serve screens but also staff there 24/7. Breakfast all good - probably one of the better continental breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Quite a large range of yoghurts and pastries on top of the usual options. Checkout all easy and there is a bag storage option for before check-in or after check-out at £3/bag, which is very good value for London. I used this option when I checked-out and allowed me to explore London without carrying my large bag, picking it up later before my train in the evening. Location - super close to Liverpool St station - 10 minute easy walk, probably 5 if you are a fast walker
Disliked: The rooms are a little small. Even for a modern city 'pod' type hotel with double beds. I would say it reminded me a lot of a cabin on a cruise ship or car ferry than a hotel room. Fine for 2 night stay, but putting my backpack and duffel bag on the floor completely used up all floorspace. The rooms don't have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. At first I found this quite annoying, as it wasn't advertised and I've noticed a few modern city hotels starting to remove kettles and tea/coffee making facilities from rooms. But the staff were very helpful and you could get hot drinks from reception 24/7 to take back to your room.

Liked: Great location. Staff were lovely and accommodating to get us an early check in. We were going to ABBA. It’s quite a small check in area and was very busy but staff managed it very well

Luggage Storage is available at a charge of £3 per bag pre check in and after check out. Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collected before midnight.
Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm for £15 and late check out is available at 2pm instead of 11am is at an additional fee of £25. Subject to availability.
