  Liked: When we arrived we couldn't enter. The host was not reachable, also not by Booking.com. 2 days later still no response whatsoever.

  What a disgrace. We spent £365 for a one night stay and couldn’t even stay there. We arrived to the block of apartments

  Scammers!!!

  Liked: Can not comment on whether I liked the property or not as the host ignored all communications, blocked my calls and I was unable to get into the property so had to book a hotel further away and tube to Wembley.

  Disliked: Utter scammers!! Took my £405 booking then ignored all communications. They did not meet me at the property between 3 and 4pm, they blocked my phone calls, failed to reply to texts and at 4:30pm I had to book a hotel room urgently. I would not recommend the hosts at all and I will be taking the matter further to get all costs refunded back to me including the hotel and tube tickets. Avoid this at all costs!! I can’t rate lower than a 1 but they don’t even deserve a 1 review!!

  do not come here. Really disappointing and definitely not worth the money

  Liked: The only good thing was that it’s close to Wembley

  Disliked: Really disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money. We paid around £400 for one night and the apartment was not up to an acceptable standard. It smelled strongly of cigarettes when we arrived, the carpets were heavily stained with a large iron burn/stain, there were dead bugs in the bed and numerous dead insects and what appeared to be cockroaches in the bathroom. The cutlery was dirty, the shower floor was cracked, there was no bath mat/floor towel and the TV remote didn’t work. Regardless of how much a property costs, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum. Finding dead bugs in the bed and insects in the bathroom is completely unacceptable and these things should have been checked before guests arrived. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t return.

  What a dump

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Sofa bed not fit for sleeping on. Flooring tatty & torn. Poorly painted, paint splashes everywhere. Outside full of weeds & rats running around nearby bins. Shower tray broken & water doesn’t drain. No mattress or pillow protectors.

  Very disappointing and poorly maintained

  Liked: Bed was comfortable but that was about it!

  Disliked: Stayed for one night to see a show at Wembley stadium. Bathroom ceiling is covered in mould and has a crack in the floor of the shower. Bathroom fan is also full of dirt and dust and makes an awful noise when you turn it on. Sofa is broken and uncomfortable. Place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Both doors don’t lock easily and need a lot of messing about with. Paint job in the bedroom is hilarious, not that it had an impact on our stay. Entry to the property looks very rough and ropey as an area, loads of signs about parking and rubbish everywhere. TV and internet don’t work reliably which won’t be the end of the world usually but we missed 90% of the England v Norway game due to it not loading. Very hard to justify the £400 a night price tag!
