  I wouldn’t want to ever come back here again unclean and unsafe

  Liked: The staff when I checked in were very friendly

  Disliked: It was very dirty. The bathrooms were appalling absolutely disgusting no toilet paper mess all over the floor an hand washing facility’s only in one toilet pretty horrendous experience at this hostel. Nowhere safe to lock big bags up felt very uneasy and the people in my room were up to no good I went to the showers and came back to find my bag had been unzipped and my mobile phone was on the floor really upsetting experience felt like I couldn’t go far away felt very uneasy been in that situation not nice to feel like that. Had there been lockers under the bed or at a decent size things would have been a lot better Although a girl in the room was complaining she had put her camera in one of the small lockers and someone had tryed to rip it open so just to make you aware it’s just not been a very nice experience. Just my experience best to make your own mind up just something to bear in mind.

  Took my money

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Not given chance to enter with a virtual id. My guest arrived there to be booked for four days but was chased out. They said is fine print. Waste of time. Now they do not want to refund my money. They should start with the fine print on the front page!

  A place to sleep at a pinch

  Liked: Good location, live music in pub, nice staff

  Disliked: Small dorm with no curtains on individual beds= light on until midnight, unisex bathrooms not very clean or maintained

Publove will not tolerate any abuse directed towards any members of our teams and we will not hesitate to prosecute anyone who tests this policy. Every guest who is barred, for any reason, from one Publove hostel pub, is automatically barred from all Publove properties.
