  The overall experience was alright especially the location but the heat in the rooms even at night was unbearable

  Liked: The location is great, zone 1 and literally right next to the tube station. The facilities were good, showers were clean, the bathrooms however not as much

  Disliked: It was 32 degrees in the room at night and the only fan in the room stopped working because the power went out. The power going out wasn’t their fault but I couldn’t sleep at all there should absolutely be an ac or a central ventilation system to cool the rooms down. I woke up drenched in sweat, sleep deprived and wanted to get out of there asap just because of the heat.

  Good location, cheap, but a little depressing

  Liked: The location was good, you get discounts to the pubs food which is handily. It is also right beside the underground station so super easy to get to nearly anywhere in london from it. Good price for london

  Disliked: Very cramped rooms on triple bunk beds which can be a bit depressing. There were some fans in the room as it was very hot but the one that was meant to face my triple bunk bed was broken. I asked staff and they said they had no spares and to just play with the plug a little. They might replace it. It was covered with dust so I think it was like that for awhile.

  Great location but not so tidy

  Liked: I liked the location and easy access to metro and bus.

  Disliked: The fan/cooling situation. The whole building was hot and even the electricity went out. The bathrooms/toilets were not very clean.

  The staff are not well trained

  Liked: The location was perfect.

  Disliked: Checked in at 11:30 pm and then I been to the room. I found someone was so Lound in the room. I was trying to sleep. But after an hours, the room noise was keep getting loud. Then I went back to the reception and I asked the staff guy, if I could change the room as someone was not listening and keeps making noise. The staff was like its not his job to do anything about it. Even though I explain that I just come to sleep And I need a quite room. He was so unprofessional, the way he was talking to me, was not really helpful. I was feeling like stranger by the way the guy was talking to me. He Was kinda rude and I had to say that you are so rude. Then the guy banned my card saying. You can go other places.🙂🙂 I was like, I just paid for it🤔 and he was not even able to refund my money but he banned my card. Then I had to find a different place to stay.🙃🙃🙃

  Liked: The only saving grace was the staff were nice.

  Disliked: Everything except the staff. It was small and two crowded. It was dingy. It was too hot with no additional facilities. The beds are too small without any room for movement. There are not place to keep stuff safely. The rooms were not at all clean. The washrooms were disgusting. It was very dirty overall. It felt unsafe. It was very bad. Had the worst night. Couldn't sleep.
