Beautiful Hotel in a Prime Location
Liked: Location was perfect for exploring the city, close to Tottenham Court Rd Tube. Easy to get to from paddington station. The hotel is beautiful, the smell as you walk through the revolving door is so fresh and clean. Easy check-in process and our room was ready when we arrived. Fresh fruit, biscuits and water available in reception. We had room 4024 a large room with a king size bed and a double sofa bed, there was 3 of us and we had a very comfortable stay, our room was decorated very tastefully as was the whole hotel. The bar and dining room was just as stunning in its decor. We had breakfast included in our stay, high quality food was available and catered for every taste from meats and cheeses, freshly baked pastries to full English breakfast. Coffee machine and freshly brewed tea. We could not fault our stay and would definitely return.
Disliked: We had to ask for a 3rd glass and mug to be put in our room and there was only 2 robes and pairs of slippers when there was 3 of us staying, but as soon as we asked at reception this was rectified.
A brilliant stay in a hotel with very high standards
Liked: The hotel is in a great location and the reception area is beautiful. Comfortable chairs and tables. Great bar/ restaurant area. Water biscuits and fruit available and this is a lovely touch. We were greeted by a very nice front of house employee who made us very welcome and gave us an upgrade. All the staff were efficient and friendly. Our triple room (suite ) was absolutely fantastic!
Disliked: Nothing at all not to like.

Liked: Great location and very neat rooms. Breakfast was worth it with great quality buffet and service. Staff was exceptional and attentive- we had an issue w heating in our room and they went above and beyond to offer us a better room.
