  Great location, clean room and friendly staff, but extremely limited space and a disappointing view

  Liked: The hotel has a great location in London. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience.

  Disliked: The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The window faced directly onto another window, so there was practically no view at all. The lack of space and natural outlook made the room feel quite cramped. This was the only down part of my stay.

  Really lovely would stay again

  Liked: We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was perfect. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. Nice amenities for us to use and room service available. Kind lady on reception gave us a free drinks voucher on checkin which was a lovely touch and all staff we encountered were super friendly.

  Disliked: Our room was above the air conditioning unit so slightly loud but nothing some ear plugs wouldn’t have fixed
