Fabulous
Liked: So clean, excellent location, newly renovated
Disliked: Small rooms, we booked a bigger room by looking at the pictures, but we were given a smaller different one, which was very very small, could hardly open my big suitcase. Then when i showed them that the we booked a bigger room, they said that the pictures on booking were wrongly placed. So we had to upgrade and pay extra because they didn’t want to upgrade for free.
Liked: The room was lovely and very clean. The staff couldn't do enough for you.i felt very safe

Comfortable stay in a great location
Liked: Fantastic location, the hotel is in a great spot and close to the tube. Staff were so friendly and helpful. While the rooms are small they are very cleverly designed, well decorated and comfortable.
Disliked: Renovations were underway so the usual lobby space was unavailable. Appreciate this is a temporary issue!

Disliked: It was a nice stay, we liked everything. Only a minor thing, but at breakfast the restaurant staff wasnt always in their kindest mood, but not a big deal. The breakfast is amazing.
