Good location awful awful customer service
Liked: The location was very good for getting to the O2
Disliked: The staff were very rude, receptionist was very dismissive I paid £22 for parking and was blocked in went to reception to ask for help trying to locate the vehicle as I had to urgently get somewhere he did not seem to care or help find a solution. Brushed me off at reception made me feel unvalued and uncomfortable
Liked: Location to o2 arena, comfy beds, clean modern etc, lovely guy on reception
Disliked: The noise of traffic outside
Good for O2
Liked: Convenient for the O2. Just a short walk. Clean, comfortable and nice breakfast.
Disliked: There are annoying little lights on the TV and plug sockets which show up whilst you are trying to sleep. I had a dodgy light in the bathroom but not exactly a problem as there were other lights. Told reception in the morning.
Liked: Clean, great location to the O2, good sized room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, stylish and comfortable feel, lovely and welcoming staff, easy check in process.
Disliked: Lack of space to put toiletries in bathroom. Hairdryer didn't have a mesh guard on the back and my hair got sucked up and caught up in the blades- I had to cut it out No overhead lighting present in the room and only side lights available to light the room which left it very dim and difficult to see, especially when it was dark with no natural light from the windows.
Uncomfortable too noisy and very small rooms
Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: The noise was too much, even when windows closed I couldn’t sleep
Disliked: The bedrooms are very dark. If a woman is planning to do makeup, forget about it. There’s no light they have small, small lights every corner, but it’s so dark
