Fabulous
Fine for a short stay and an early morning train
Liked: Good location, convenient for early morning train. Snacks in the room were a nice touch.
Disliked: Two TVs in the apartment and neither of them worked. And never understand why hotels have smart TVs and then don’t connect to the Internet. After a long day in London with the kids, we just wanted to go back to the apartment, log into Disney and chill out, but we couldn’t because the TVs didn’t work. The open plan bathroom straight into the sleeping area was a bit odd too.

I would stay here again
Liked: The location was very close to the Chunnel train that we were taking in a few days. This apartment was spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room table and living room are one open area which was set up nicely. It was nice to have coffee, tea and a few breakfast items and snacks provided.
Disliked: The oddest thing that we have never run into before is that the toilet seat was square. It would be difficult for a child or small adult to sit on. Even though we are taller people, it didn't feel quite right. Also, the first night was noisy due to people walking by. We realized in the morning that the window was open at the top and we hadn't noticed it.
A comfortable apartment close to a transit hub with excellent front desk staff who were very helpful
Liked: We really liked the small apartment itself. Just minutes from the KingsCross and St. Pancras stations, it was ideal for a home base to begin exploring the city. Lots of room and thoughtful amenities. Would stay here again.
Disliked: We found the cleaning staff a bit inconsistent and rather late in the day. Anything we needed was immediately supplied by the front desk at the hotel, and that service was fabulous. This isn't something that would cause us not to visit again.
Liked: The location is excellent, easy access to St Pancreas and to Kings Cross, lots of cafe and restaurants the apartment was spacious and comfortable The host was very responsive and helpful, the apartment had fully stacked with necessities and snacks. the bathroom is luxurious but bit odd as had no door and opened up to the inner bedroom
Liked: Great apartment; very close to St Pancras Station (walking distance). Centrally located, resturants nearby. Amazing and very helpful staff.
Disliked: There were some people walking outside the apartment who probably were under influence of alcohol (early evening). We were with kids; so the staff kindly helped us walking to our apartment from hotel check in desk - which we highly appreciate. Due to the location; it can be a bit noisy outside the hotel. Apartment building doesn not have lifts. It might be useful to know this at the time of booking.
