Fabulous
Liked: Super location, very pretty hotel with beautiful decor.
Disliked: Our room was at the front of the building with noise clearly heard outside making it difficult to sleep. The heat of the room was very difficult to adjust, even after we turned off the radiator and used the air conditioning. Carpets grubby on stairs, disappointing considering the cost of the room per night. A "cosy" room is tiny for two. Unfortunately I would not return.
Highly recommend
Liked: Great location & very nice staff
Disliked: My only complaint was there was no body lotion in the room but hey ho not the end of the world..!!
Beautiful hotel, great location. Excellent staff
Liked: Breakfast on the terrace was excellent on a sunny morning
Disliked: In every hotel i ever go into there is never a gluten free biscuit. Not a biggy, I live in hope!
Very good
Liked: Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Price of the butter
Perfect, I will def be back
Liked: The rooms were perfect, from lots of coffee and recent good magazines to read. bed super comfy and the option to sit in the garden was such a luxury. Staff were very helpful and location could not be better.
Disliked: Bathrooms and especially the shower very small, but you are in London!
£186 for a ‘cosy’ room. It was smaller than a broom cupboard. I had no option but to upgrade to a slightly larger room
Disliked: The size of the room. The attitude of the night attendant: receptionist.
