  A fantastic five-star stay with a perfect location and exceptional service from Kartsik!

  Liked: A wonderful five-star hotel that truly lived up to our expectations! The room was lovely and spotless, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to trains and public transportation. A special shout-out to Kartsik, who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. His outstanding service made our stay even more memorable! We would highly recommend this hotel.

  We enjoyed our visit tremendously and were made to feel welcome each time we left and returned

  Liked: We had three different rooms during our two week stay in London. They were all very warm and comfortable. We were treated kindly by the staff as we left and turned from short trips out of London. They kept your luggage while we were away for a night. Each return was warm and welcoming. We will definitely return to Roseate on future London trips. Thank you.

  Disliked: This is a small point but I think you would do well to install water saving devices on the shower heads. An awful lot of water was expended even for a brief shower. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, not complaints.

  Paddington located 5 star hotel with softest bed

  Liked: The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life!!! It was so great that I had to look the bed's structure: It was mattress, waterproof mattress protector, mattress topper and mattress protector over it. Looking forward to find out what topper was used to order one for myself! My room also had scales (very rare find), robe with slippers (very handy) and a tea collection (adding honey to it would make it superb!). Hotel's location is hard to beat - next to the Paddington station & Hyde park.

  Disliked: Safebox was broken and technician couldn't fix it (although I have to give credit that he was super quick to appear when I reported this issue), but I was able to live without it. Views from the 1st floor room were pointed towards inside, so nothing to see there:)

  Very poor breakfast and service, great room and location. You could stay and buy breakfast in great bakery very close

  Liked: Great location. Big room. Comfortable bed

  Disliked: Breakfast was awful. Service poor. No help when we asked 45 min wait for breakfast, even though we were first in. The other two tables got theirs first. Was freezing cold when it arrived. Asked for toast to be changed as it was delivered 40 mins before breakfast arrived, it was taken away without a word but not returned whilst the table next to us got toast. It was inedible but nobody returned to the table to check on us and we left it uneaten as we had a train to catch. Complained at reception on check out and was told they would have to ‘investigate’ and would be in touch because they could not refund us?! They’ve not been in touch 3 days later
