  clean, comfortable. Lovely staff. Well located. Noticible rumble from trains

  Liked: the location was ideal and the women at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy.

  Disliked: The first night our room, situated on the ground floor, was very loud. You could hear all the tubes passing underneath. Also i booked a small room and the room was indeed tiny. The following day we switch to the 3rd floor. The noise was much quieter although still audible and the room was also larger although still small but much more acceptable.

  Good value, close to tube and main station but noise from the tube spoilt it and I think I would rather pay more to be

  Liked: Great location, if you want to be near the station as literally a few minutes walk.

  Disliked: Initial thoughts were it look pleasant from the outside; leading to a clean reception areas. When we were told we were in the basement we were immediately disappointed. The room was clean but very small. The one main issue was from the basement you could hear the underground tube trains till late at night and very early in the morning. They provided ear plugs but they did not help as you could feel the vibrations and the rooms rattled. Also if you are in a room looking out into a small court there is a leaking pipe and if raining like when we went you hear the loud dripping. Based on the tube noise I would not return.

  Excellent value, clean, and great location

  Liked: I like my stay very much. Staff are very kind and helpful. Very clean, and location is extremely convenient. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

  Disliked: I liked everything. But if I you suggest something, I would say add a small chair so we can reach the safe.

  Great location. Lovely hotel

  Liked: Location and room were lovely. Room itself was spacious. Free WiFi and also you get a phone signal there.

  Disliked: The bathroom was on the small side. Also, not a full covered door to the bathroom (not edge to edge, could hear everything!) My partner found that uncomfortable whilst going to the toilet! I found there weren’t enough pillows or maybe the pillows were too soft.
