  The location was brilliant and all the staff were very nice and helpful

  Book somewhere else!

  Liked: The staff are lovely I couldn't fault them and location is excellent. Very close to the train station but thats all I liked!

  Disliked: The hotel is in desperate need of upgrading. Our room had a funny smell like a damp smell we had to leave the window open all day and night. When you left and came back you could really smell it. We had no hot water in the shower for the whole stay. The walls are all cracked and badly marked. The bed looked so old and worn. The reception area was lovely and well kept that seems to be where it ends. The hotel has great potential but it really needs doing up. I can only imagine the complaints and abuse the staff face from guests. For what we paid for the hotel im extremely disappointed and I will never stay here again. I tried to speak to management and twice he wasn't there!

  Liked: Location was good. Easy for tube and bus

  Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, very dried pastries nothing hot on dirty tables. Rooms were very basic. I have to wait 14 days for my deposit of £50 to come back. Place was just very dated - well overpriced

  Disliked: Tiny room, not enough space to swing a cat, no easy accessible PowerPoint. Breakfast was cold, breakfast room to small to accommodate guests with large queues to enter breakfast room.
