Beautiful central London hotel in great position and central for everything

Liked: Lovely room overlooking Buckingham Palace Royal Mews. Unfortunately, apart from one lone two horse carriage retuning we didn't see any other horse and carriage's that we were lucky to see last time we stayed. Luck of the draw but didn't detract from our stay. The hotel doorman was brilliant and very 'on-the-ball' and was a delightful gentleman. The staff in general were all very good.

Disliked: Lite bites to be available later in the bar as opposed to having to order the more expensive room service option. Eleven PM isn't late for a central London hotel when guests are returning from the shows (like us).

Traditional London Hotel in central location with excellent service

Liked: In an excellent location. Traditional and excellent service. A warm welcome and taxi hailing service. Plenty of hot water with powerful water pressure. We have re booked for our next visit to London.

Disliked: Mismanagement of a taxi booking for our early departure to Heathrow. We were categorically told twice it was booked only to arrive at reception at 6.30am to find out it wasn’t.

Liked: Beautiful property with great attention to the little details and thoughtful personalisation throughout the trip. The complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival was a lovely welcome! Big thank you to Jess in Hotel 41 for making us feel so welcome. We’ve always booked our second stay!
