  Liked: The apartment is in a very central and convenient location. The room is big and has all the basics to stay for a short trip. The bed is comfortable and the shower has good power.

  Disliked: My room was on a main street and on Sunday night it was very noisy all night. Perhaps some double glazing could help with this issue. Luckily it was only for one of two nights.

  Just uncomfortable, dank, itchy and smelly. Moved sought alternative accomodation

  Disliked: Stank of dank and must, felt filthy and sheets were itchy, bed uncomfortable. Shower did not work properly - no water pressure and cold. Main stairwell wide open, safely concern. Entrance was obstructed with bags of sheet. All-together just uncomfortable.

  Good stay in London

  Liked: Clean, neat, good location.Easy access with the metro. Had a lot of appliances. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall it was a good stay other than a few small details.

  Disliked: Bed is narrow for a double.Could have had a toaster. Sink was clogging all the time and took time to drain the water.And hot water in the shower needed some time to come

Good to know

The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 3 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.

Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.

Identification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted.

Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible.
