Great location, not convinced it is really a 5 start hotel

Liked: Great location just off Oxford street.

Disliked: The room was a bit disappointing great, poor lighting and the shower wasn’t very good. I would have expected more for a 5 star hotel. Service at breakfast also wasn’t the best.

We loved the location and the price was good but the hotel itself needs a full refurb

  Liked: The location

Disliked: Seriously outdated now. The glass/voile bathroom situation is terrible. Wouldn’t want to be sharing a room with anyone other than a long term partner!
