  Clean and easy to reach by underground

  Liked: The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is really close to two underground stations.

  Disliked: The WiFi didnt work, nor did the electric fan. My stay was short enough that I managed without.

  Overall, a good place to stay

  Liked: Clean, comfortable, spacious, close to station, good instructions, coffee and tea provided

  Disliked: It was very hot. I did use the fan but it wasn’t very effective. The windows could be opened but then it was very noisy from the busy road outside.

  Disliked: I wouldn’t advise booking this place during summer as there is no aircon, we booked it in August and it felt like we were melting every day and every night

  Super location and clean, tidy studio apartment

  Liked: Great communication throughout and clear instructions for location and remote entry. Clean, tidy; coffee pods, tea bags all appreciated. Iron and ironing board very useful. Great shower, although bathroom itself is very small. Spacious apartment. We were on the second floor and at the rear and it was very quiet (even though it was Friday night). Location excellent for shops, food, transport and for our reason for visiting which was to attend a show at the TV studios in Wood Lane.

  Disliked: The bed was small and pillows very flat. The room was very stuffy and the fan didn't work. It was fine for us for one night but in hot weather it would have been uncomfortable.

  A few stops from an excellent stay

  Liked: Very clean, good facilities, excellent shower. Location was handy for Westfield and the tube both a short distance away.

  Disliked: Noisy from traffic in a road facing room. Noise from other rooms was slight but noticeable. A toaster and soap dish or dispenser would have been good. The bed wasn't super comfortable for me, but that's personal preference
