Liked: Very welcoming staff and warm feel to reception area on arrival with lovely Halloween decorations Upgraded to a family room very gracious for this surprise on arrival Room clean warm with all the requirements for our short stay in London Lift available promptly when required Staff very helpful courtesy and kind
Disliked: Very little only small issue was walls thin so next room could be very easily heard but didn’t effect our stay
