  Comfy, fun and worth the money

  A wonderful and comfortable stay in a beautifully clean, chic apartment with stunning Thames views and a fantastic locat

  Liked: What I liked most about the property was how exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully decorated it was. The apartment had a very chic and stylish feel, with modern décor that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Everything was neat, fresh, and well maintained, which made our stay particularly comfortable. The views over the River Thames and the London skyline were absolutely lovely, especially being so close to the O2 Arena. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the city while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Overall, the combination of the cleanliness, stylish interior, beautiful views, and excellent location made the property a real pleasure to stay in.

  Disliked: There is always room for improvements, but overall nothing significant.

  Twin room beds were noticeably smaller

  Liked: We spent three nights at this property. On the positive side, the apartment was clean, tidy, and offered nice partial views of the river from its two balconies. The host kindly stocked items like coffee, tea bags, facial wash, shampoo, conditioner, and an iron/ironing board.

  Disliked: There was only one pillow provided per person, which led to uncomfortable nights. The twin room beds were noticeably smaller than standard single beds, seemingly created by splitting a queen bed. Only 2 toilet rolls provided for group of 6 people and 1 towel per person, No laundry detergent was supplied. When I messaged the host, I was told short stays of 3 nights do not qualify for detergent. It would be a much better experience if guests were provided with at least enough for a single load of laundry. ​It's a nice apartment, but better quality beds and more consistent host policies would go a long way.

  Lovely clean flat in amazing location let down by lack of some basic amenities and an unhelpful host

  Liked: The flat was very clean and tidy, and the location was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the linens high quality. The flat was well furnished and attractive and two fans were provided which helped in the very hot weather.

  Disliked: There was no-one at reception to check us in, so we rang the host to arrange for the concierge to come down. While we waited I parked my car in an unmarked bay near the reception as there were no free visitor bays and I have limited mobility. I have since received a CPM £100 parking fine for parking in an unmarked bay which seems very unfair and has spoiled the whole stay. Lack of basic amenities. Kitchen: There was no ice cube tray in freezer, no washing up liquid, sponges, cloths or tea-towels Lounge: No lamps or other lighting - only the main ceiling lights. TV did not work Bedrooms: Only one basic towel provided for each guest. General: There were no instructions for using appliances or rubbish and recycling etc TV issue There were no instructions on how to use the TV - I eventually reached an Amazon login screen but the TV remote would not allow me to enter any information. I left a message for the host on the first evening of our stay but heard nothing back. I left a second message the following morning but still heard nothing. I then rang the host who (after asking me to look for the other remote around the flat) contacted the previous occupant who said that their child had taken the remote control. Rather than provide another remote control the host asked if we would accept a late checkout (1PM instead of 10AM) the following day as a way of apologising for the TV issue and we agreed. The following morning at 11AM the host rang me to see if we had checked out. I reminded her of the late checkout and she said that there was a family waiting for an early check in - she made it clear that she wanted us to leave ASAP and I vacated the flat at 11.30. This was a horrible way to end our stay and I was very unimpressed with the way we had been treated. We had no TV during our stay, no support from the host and no real attempt to make up for the issue.
