We loved it
Liked: Location was exceptional- Front of house baggage chaps were brilliant
Disliked: On the pricey side but I guess to be expected in the centre of London
Excellent hotel and staff
expected more
Disliked: despite the fact we had confirmed booking, the hotel gave our rooms away. they wanted to transfer us to another hotel. after refusing they found an option in lower class rooms. taking into account we stayed more than 20 times in this hotel already (so far our experience was always outstanding), being treated as a second class guest was more than frustrating. not sure if we will book again. super sad

Love staying here, fantastic breakfast and staff are welcoming and helpful bistro is great
