  Well equipped, spacious apartment in the heart of Soho

  Liked: Fantastic location the the heart of Soho. Spacious apartment with a good sized double bedroom and a decent sized single bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine, dishwasher and full oven and hob. Helpful staff. Although not on site, they responded to any queries very promptly.

  Disliked: Lots of steep stairs to the apartment which made carrying the suitcase v challenging. The apartment is a bit soulless and there were a few maintenance issues ( which they said would be addressed).

  Nice place, great location, in the heart of Soho!!!

  Liked: Location is exceptional, truly in the middle of everything. Literally everything you need for a pleasant stay is within 1000 feet of the front door. Unfortunately, this location also comes with a lot of street activity so it can be a bit noisy from early until late. Pictures are accurate, facilities are a bit "gently used" but the location is the star of the show. There are a lot of steps up to the second floor apartment - 37 to be exact - but this is manageable. Staff at Indigo Flats is highly responsive to emails and answers quickly both before arrival and during the stay. We would come back!

  Disliked: Be aware of noise! The street noise is constant. And if your upstairs neighbor has heavy feet, you'll hear them. Lots of steps.

  Liked: Great location, but take into consideration it is so central that night times are very loud

  Disliked: Not enough air fans to compensate for the lack of a/c. It’s summer time, heat waves are expected and it damaged our experience heavily

  Liked: Fantastic apartment in the perfect location! It was exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and comfortable, very prompt response from hosts. Although it was very hot, there was plenty of fans in each room. Really handy to have a washing machine as well as little welcome packs of toiletries/ teas/coffees. For the price compared to the rest of Central London it was fantastic value with everything on your doorstep.

  Disliked: If you have mobility issues the stairs would be difficult but not a negative for us.

  Excellent location

  Liked: Location location location. We have stayed here before, and will stay here again. Hopefully not with a heat record

  Disliked: Nothing. It was extremely warm i London, and the same where the flat, but that is not a quick fix.

Please note that all apartments can only be accessed via stairs.

The property will send you an email with check-in information, access codes and emergency contact details, once payment has been made. If you have any questions after reading this email, please contact the property. Please be advised this property operates a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in.

If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line.

We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment.

This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
