Unprofessional
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything. Very unprofessional. They canceled 2 hours before i was due to pick the key. I had to buy anothrr train tickrt and cancel all my plans.
Didn’t get to stay as host contacted to advise that due to an emergency repair he would not be able to take our booking
Unpleasant
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Lock to room didn't work. No Duvet on the bed. Mould in the bathroom
Liked: its location, nice and quiet area
E14 3JA accomodation
Liked: The accommodation was spacious but not elegant. The room was big. The toilet and bath were clean and presentable.. Parking was easy and off street. A large freezer and fridge freezer were available to store consumables. The wardrobe was spacious and more than enough for two people. The host was communicative and instructions were easy to follow. It is situated in a convenient location with quick access to transport and convenience stores.
Disliked: The host's attention was directed to the condition of the microwave and kettle, which were individually in need of replacement and rescaling. The bed was tired and sunk in some areas. Window was covered by a sheet and could not be opened. There is a greater need for attention to detail as this is a hospitality product sold to customers.
