Fabulous
Liked: The apartment is very big, well maintained and has everything. The balcony view is beautiful and the apartment is very close to the Excel, so it is very convenient if you are attending a conference. The local contact person who deals with receiving the guests is super friendly and attentive, always trying to help.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the contact with the owner via Booking messages. The person takes a while to respond via this system, when does respond. Also, it was not obvious to me that there are specific check in and check out hours, but could have just been me not reading everything carefully before booking it.
Michael was very helpful throughout our stay
Liked: Hi Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful but as we had 4 apartments to "check in" and it was a very hot late afternoon, I did struggle with all the information! When we asked for some fans for one of the apartments Michael sorted them out straight away, which was fantastic in the middle of a heat wave! All of the apartments were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The arrangements for checkout weren't clear
Good Location but property itself along with the management are not worth the money spend here
Liked: location was the only thing you can admire about this.
Disliked: Communication with the host wasn't great at all. very delayed and v v slow. accusing the guests of damage to the very fragile infrastructure of the sliding doors bad state of the apartment than pictures shown. earned me some embarrassment in front of my colleagues as I booked this apartment.
We would recommend this appartement
Liked: The location is perfect, very close to the DLR station, London City Airport and the Excel Centre. We loved the appartement, its nice, large enough for 6 with plenty of cups, plates etc. The balcony with view over the water was our favourite and we would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Some of the fixtures in the bathrooms are a bit 'loose' and could use some fixing. Everything works and is clean so not a big problem.
Disliked: Unfortunately the host did not reply to any of my attempts to email, message, or call so I could make the payment for my stay, so it ended up just being cancelled on their end the night before myself and a group of friends were due to stay.
