Very good
Liked: It was well located, easy to find and the staff were all very friendly.
Disliked: I wasn’t told at the time of booking that there would be maintenance work going on, we were in a room that was directly onto their scaffolding meaning there were work men outside of the window from 8am until late. We were warned 24 hours before which was a bit late, it just would have been nice to have been told or have been compensated. The shower was freezing and would not heat up.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was unbearably hot with no heating on in the room. Could not open windows to allow air in due to scaffolding, working platforms allowing entry through the window and compromising personal safety. The noise of the building work.
Liked: Most courteous staff, truly were helpful. Location was perfect for our needs. Quiet,clean, will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Pillows were hard. That's the only complaint!

Disliked: Very loud, tiny room with building work happening behind it. The welcome was ok but the entire layout and vibe of the hotel was unpleasant
