  Liked: It was a good location for us to walk to the nearby embassy

  Disliked: I understand London prices for one night, but even then, this price is a bit much. The room was a bit dated and needs some refurbishment. The main heater wasn't working and was replaced with a much smaller heater. The window panes had mold.

  Liked: Location was good

  Disliked: The property doesn't have an elevator. So all the suitcases need to be handlifted to the rooms by the guests themselves. This is a big put-off.

  Liked: The location was great, close to an Underground stations and was value for money.

  Disliked: The shower mount in the room was broken, one 1 pillow per side on the end and could hear a lot of noice from outside.

  Adequate stay.. lovely staff

  Liked: The lady in reception, she made our stay. Lovely lady. Catered to our needs, we made a couple of requests like needing a spoon as there wasn't one in the room and an extra mug as we were in a room for 3 but only had 2 mugs. She was friendly and helpful. It's a 10 min walk from the coach station and it's in a safe area. There is a Tesco/Greggs just around the corner - perfect for the hangover in a morning lol It was nice to have a shower that you can only fit in, but you can move around in it too.

  Disliked: Just something to be mindful of - there is no lift. We were on the 4th floor. A lot of steps! The building is dated however this doesn't affect stay.
