  Easy check in and great location, interior was nice too

  Liked: Location, staff and the amenities

  Disliked: The carpets were very dirty and the double bed was just two twins side to side, also the plug for a hairdryer was closed off so when it was pulled by accident, it just switched off

  Relatively comfortable, standard hotel, you're mostly paying for the location

  Liked: Staff were helpful. Room was comfortable enough, if a little tired.

  Disliked: Lift was broken. When we arrived it was being repaired, but by the following morning it was out of order again. This was especially unhelpful when, after a tiring day, we had to trapse up all the stairs only to then have to go back down again to fetch someone, as when we turned the light on it tripped a fuse. Also, there was weird amount of flies that kept getting into the room, and we couldn't figure out where they were coming from.

  IF YOUR LOOKING FOR BUDGET ACCOMODATION IN 10 MINS WALKING DISTANCE OF WEMBLEY STADIUM THIS FITS THAT CRITERIA BUT ITS A

  Liked: It was cheaper in comparison to surrounding hotels. Reasonably close to Wembley Stadium if you you’re happy with a 10min walk. Secured parking “if booked in advance” which would highly recommend here. Receptionist offered to carry suitcases up the stairs.

  Disliked: Car parking on rubble site close to building equipment which concerned us about punctures or worse possible damage. Lift out of operation, clearly no intention of fixing it given the amount of complaints. Hotel and room decor extremely dated & grubby. Room carpet filthy and torn in several areas. Curtains mucky stains. Furniture marked, damaged, dated. Light shades all off the straight, why? Balcony mucky, left over cigarette butts. Door handle to balcony loose and difficult to open. Shower head would not stay upright. Avoid cooked breakfast, extremely greasy. Worst of all my Armani smart watch went missing during or stay. Last recorded location was our room. The manager apparently spoke with staff that cleaned our room during our stay and replied it hadn’t been seen.

  Disliked: The deposit £50 was not refunded. I was told at the check out that the deposit which was paid cash would be returned to my bank account. Nothing was returned and the answer I got was to come collect it in person... (How? We dont live in the UK...). The employee provided an incorrect information and should deal with it. The answer we received is not acceptable. We want our money back.

Please note that there are only 8 car park spaces at the property. Guests should kindly note that car parking costs £30 per day on event days, and £15 on non-event days.
