Fabulous
We loved the excellent service, setting and facilities on our babymoon
Liked: Stayed at St James’ Court for one night for a babymoon and the staff made it really special for us, with some lovely thoughtful touches. The hotel itself is gorgeous and brilliantly located on a quiet street. Perfect for accessing Green Park/Soho/Victoria with ease. Spa and fitness room are real highlights - definitely set aside some time to try them out. Beds also absurdly comfortable!
Disliked: Can’t fault this one! Thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable.

Not a real 4 star London hotel, avoid breakfast
Liked: Not much really, hard to say, nothing impressive was a clean hotel.
Disliked: For a 4 star hotel the hospitality was non existent - the breakfast was aweful and we have to cancel the breakfast for the remaining 2 days, as after paying £30 per head we did not expect to pay an extra £15 for an omelette or £12 for a boiled egg which was inedible due to it being drenched in vinegar. If you want curry for breakfast its the right place to go. Fantastic coffees shop with fresh pastries across the road.
An exceptional experience that will be remembered
Liked: The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I had mentioned while booking that it was a special occasion and they really did make the booking extra special for us! The spa (steam room and hot tub) was gorgeous and the hotel room was outstanding. We didn't eat at the hotel, however the dirty martini I had in the bar was the best I've ever had! I really hope to return in the future.

Disliked: TV channels kept freezing. There wasn’t mush to not like!
