Liked: Location was fantastic
Disliked: It was a bedroom in a family flat. It was in urgent need of a deep clean especially the en suite. The walls were peeling and the bath surround and toilet were dirty with the toilet seat yellow with age and wear and tear. The family were pleasant but we expected a family run hotel that was advertised not a room in their home. No TV or radio and we could even hear them stirring their tea which made us feel really awkward about relaxing. Would not recommend it.
Wonderful stay, would definitely book again!
Liked: A very comfortable nights stay in a wonderful location! Christine and Filip were wonderful hosts. They were there on arrival to provide a key to my room and made the stay really fabulous. I felt super safe in their company.
A lovely, quiet and relaxing stay with great hosts
Liked: The host Filip and his lovely wife were great. So lovely and friendly and the room wa sa good size and very quiet, despite being in a popular area.
Convent Garden stay
Liked: A truly unique place to stay, ideally located right in the heart of central London, with Leicester Square Underground Station just a short walk away. Despite its central location, the accommodation is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable, and having your own private bathroom is a real bonus. The hosts were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. A fantastic stay in a perfect location!
Disliked: The shower is over the bath, so if you have any difficulties with mobility then this may be an issue stepping in or out of the shower.
A fantastic stay in the heart of London with a wonderful host, perfect location and everything we needed for a memorable
Liked: We had such a wonderful stay hosted by Filip and his family at St Martin’s in the heart of London’s Theatre District. The location was absolutely unbeatable. We were within walking distance of so many of London’s main attractions, restaurants, theatres and transport options which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Being right in the Theatre District also gave the area such a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Filip was a fantastic host from start to finish. He was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and really appreciated how accommodating Filip and his family were. The accommodation was perfect for our trip and made a great base for exploring London. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and a lovely, welcoming host. Thank you so much Filip and family for having us, we had a fantastic time!

Liked: Phil exceedingly helpful and both very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Everything we needed. Location perfect.
Disliked: Building and room need painting badly. Toilet didn’t work.
