Liked: The location was perfect for the west end and railway station. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The room was a bit on the small side, but we weren't in it for very long.

Comfortable, quiet room, good breakfast choice, but at £17.50, breakfast is perhaps too expensive

Liked: I had one night with breakfast, one without. The breakfast was good, but was it worth £17.50. I don't think it was. Maybe £12 would be a fair price, perhaps £14 as it's central London.

    Disliked: No issues, really.

A very welcoming hotel in a good location

Liked: It was generally a really great hotel. We booked a room with a park view assuming it would be quieter, but sadly, we were near the corner of the building next to a very busy road, so not so quiet. Otherwise, good room, good location, good food and lovely staff.

Disliked: Very little to be unhappy about, just a little disappointed with the road noise - but it is London!

Good quality hotel beside a pretty park

Liked: This is a very nice hotel in a very nice part of London. Rooms were quite small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable (although very warm at night). Bathrooms also very small but pleasant enough, clean and functional. Staff were always pleasant: polite, friendly and helpful. Less than 10 minutes from several underground stations, and handy for buses and taxis. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants nearby: we enjoyed Nono's Greek restaurant, the very cool observatory cafe, and delicious coffees and pastries at Mayalita and Liver & Bloom.

Disliked: It was a bit of a squeeze to get between the bed and dressing table. The bathroom in one of the rooms we booked had a (very small) toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom. Rooms were very warm overnight. Windows could be opened to let fresh air in, but there was too much traffic noise to leave them open.
