  Liked: Great location. Very friendly service at the desk. Beds are comfy and the showers are very good.

  Disliked: It could do with a repaint and updating but for the price, in that part of the city, I would recommend it.

  Liked: Great location. Very friendly staff. I have stayed twice for a work trip and managed to park overnight right outside for free (between 6.30pm and 8.30am). Beds are very comfy and the showers are great.

  Disliked: It needs updating and a repaint, but for the price, it does the job nicely

  Lovely hotel close to the station

  Liked: This is our favorite choice when we want to be close to Victoria Station in a nice neighbourhood. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. The receptionists are always polite and helpful. Free luggage storage is much appreciated.

  Terrible place

  Liked: Not a lot

  Disliked: Staff had poor English Room was very small Grubby stairs and carpets Phone not working in room No extractor fan for steam in bathroom Shower was lukewarm Door handle of room broke off and dangerous as was likely may not have been able to get out safely in emergency - and no phone to ring reception. Asked for additional milk for room for coffees - never received. When complained no discount provided only complimentary breakfast. When agree to that I proceeded to get a coffee in breakfast room snd machine poured out disgusting water wirh no coffee beans 🙄

  Functional for a 1 night only stay

  Liked: The room was clean. Nice shower. Good location.

  Disliked: The room was so small and dark, and felt like a dungeon. No general facilities such as a pleasant lounge to enjoy especially in light of the tiny room.
