  Liked: Hello! I stayed at this hotel from October 6th to October 10th of this year. The booking was made via Booking.com (reference number 5417980690) under the name Serbu Ana Maria. While I was satisfied with the hotel's condition and services, I do have a complaint. At check-in, a £50 security deposit was taken immediately (to cover any potential damage to the room), and I was told it would be refunded after check-out. I brought this up at the reception when I left, as I had previously read reviews mentioning this same issue. Nearly a month has passed, and I have yet to receive a refund—even though I didn't damage anything or cause any disturbances! It seems only fair that, since you collect this deposit immediately, you should be professional enough to return it just as promptly. I understand the policy is in place for guests who might cause trouble, but that certainly does not apply to me! Thank you!

  Lovely, greatplaced hotel in Belgravia

  Liked: Great hotel with the busstop just outside the door and the Underground station 5min walk away. Great restaurants just around the corner if you want to stay close. Excellent continental breakfast buffet!

  Disliked: The pillows were harder than a rock… otherwise nothing to complain about.

  Enjoyed a two night stay midweek

  Liked: Nicely located between Pimlico and Victoria Stations. Room was very clean and the presence of a lift was really appreciated. Breakfast was OK too. Staff were very polite and helpful and facilitated a late request on a late checkout.
