Guest reviews
Very good
Fresh and clean, spacious room, with friendly hotel staff but a lot of street and hotel noise disturbed our sleep
Liked: Spacious and very clean room with fresh modern decor. Comfortable bed Friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff Good location
Disliked: Despite pre-registering, check-in seemed to take an awful long time. On returning to our room for the second night we found a large bag of rubbish that had been left behind by the cleaner. A lot of noise during and through the night from inside the hotel (our room was below reception) and from the street.
Comfortable for short stay
Liked: Good location, comfortable bed
Disliked: Room was top floor with no lift access. No offer from staff to help with luggage and no water in room Ac was loud an room quite small for the price
A great choice for those looking for a place for 1 person for 1 night
Liked: I stayed in a tiny single room that was lovely and had everything one might need. The bathroom and toilet area was quite spacious and clean.
Disliked: Nothing
Great location, disappointing facility
Liked: The staff was very helpful. We were allowed to drop our luggage off early so we could explore the Victoria area. The hotel was pretty close to victoria station and very close to dining options.
Disliked: Our room was really funky. We reserved a triple. The room was in its own location outside the hotel in the back. The room was dark, dank, and the third bed was an old fold-out sofa that smelled of urine. Visitors should note that this location is part hotel part apartment/room rentals.
Liked: Location is perfect and the staff is just lovely!! So convenient across the board.
Disliked: It's clear that the facilities are a bit old and I felt like it could be cleaner (there were some beads near/under the bed, clearly from a previous customer's broken jewellery).
Just perfect
Liked: Clean tidy and located perfectly for us. Staff were so friendly. Place was like brand new
