  Liked: The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The checkout was a very civilized 12 pm. The room was efficient.

  Disliked: We were placed on the ground floor next to where they began construction - before 8 AM and consistent from then.

  Great, would stay again

  Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The hotel is in a great location, you are close to Hyde Park and lots of different places to go and eat out at. Considering it's a London hotel, there was plenty of space in the room. It was wonderfully clean and comfortable

  Disliked: I didn't realise the gym was off-site

  Liked: Bedroom was functional and chic Staff were friendly and attentive

  Disliked: Reception didn’t feel sophisticated Renovation taking place which weren’t aware of therefore couldn’t use the hotel bar or gym which was a shame
