Very comfortable stay, good breakfasts and friendly staff

Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at The Capital Hotel. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, an excellent location, and a comfortable environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality.
Disliked: I don't recommend this hotel for maybe Arab people because they have big bags. I don't recommend if they have two bags at the room. It doesn't fit at all. You cannot move. Also there is squeezing in the door because the door was very old, and other things is very good.

Cosy & luxurious hotel, tucked away in Knightsbridge's famous Basil St
Liked: A lovely, cosy and luxurious hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Everyone from the reception desk staff, to the concierges to the maintenance people were all very friendly, helpful and made me feel appreciated as a guest. The rooms had beautiful decor and provided all the necessities needed for a good stay. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was good.
Disliked: The room service breakfast food was a little bland. The air conditioning units within the hotel need a mass-upgrade - the first room I had checked into had an extremely loud air con, that sounded like a washing machine on a spin cycle. I would assume this upgrade is already in the plans for this hotel, but would be good to know for future stays as I do plan to return.
