Liked: Location is very good for my purposes.

An enjoyable stay with an issue with beds which should’ve been avoided if the booking had been check
Liked: The breakfast was very good, staff attentive, hotel very clean.
Disliked: We booked a stay with 5 and 7 year old grandchildren, clearly marked on the booking. Upon checking in we found just one fold out type single bed in the living room area and double bed in the bedroom. I queried this to be told children under 8 should sleep with parents. However I requested a second fold out bed was provided, I had to remind staff 4 hours later as the children needed to sleep. The swimming pool is 1.5m deep in all parts, no shallow end for little ones.
It was a wonderful stay, comfortable, courteous staff reasonable room size

Liked: Honestly it’s at the not close to anything
Disliked: It’s old and falling apart my room lights didn’t work for a “5 star” hotel it felt more like a 3 star. The spa was not great no jacuzzi. They staff accidentally put champagne in my room and called me continus after 9:30 pm to wake me up to tell me they want to come to the room to collect it which I said I was asleep. I asked if they could fix the bed lights they didn’t show up for a few hours and again started knocking after 9pm. My hair dryer did not work because the light socket was broken. Overall the staff didn’t want to even check me in they all seemed miserable
