Clean comfortable quiet stay
Liked: Quiet spot, bed v comfortable, room quiet, got drinks voucher for not having room service

Not what it used to be
Liked: Location and big comfy bed
Disliked: I have stayed here more than 20 times in the last 18 months and this lovely hotel is gradually going downhill. None of tge free coffee machines work anymore, the bathrooms and falling apart with squidgy water under the floor and this time the room was filthy. This really does feel like an unloved place now.
Liked: Nothing special…
Disliked: The bed under the sheets was smelling cigar, and the sheets had also a bad smell. the bathroom door wasn’t closing very well, and it hasn’t had a hand shower so you couldn’t protect your hair from getting wet. One of the elevators was out of service (one month now…) and because of the crowd we forced to use the stairs to 4th floor many times… very bad experience. The worst is that you’re informed for the most of these from the reviews and you still don’t care about getting better …
Budget friendly hotel easy access to London
Liked: Funky clean stylish room with a great bed. Easy parking (yet no way to reserve), great location for fast access into london and a nice simple bar/lounge area. Fab friendly staff who actually smile!
Liked: A nice place next to many things, big room. Beach area for kids awesome.
Disliked: The complimentary coffee machine never worked but it was not a problem
