  Liked: Staff lovely and helpful. Clean and comfortable and aesthetically nice. Good location

  Disliked: A lot of empty containers in the bathroom!!!! The container for the conditioner was empty, also the containers for the body cream was empty and then the vanity kit box was also empty! When I told the reception next day they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. They just said they would inform the service staff

  Nice accomodation in central london. No lift to floors which let it down

  Liked: Great stay in the centre of london with easy access to Paddington Station. The room was modern, well equiped and spotless. We had to wait to check in at the opposite hotel that they own. The staff werte really friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: There is no lift and we were on the top floor. There are two flights of stairs for each floor so we were exhausted by the time we got to the room. This is the only thing that would stop us staying again. If you are carrying luggage such as suitcases then avoid this hotel.
