Again staff were amazing but the construction work inside and out put a bit of a downer on the stay as didn’t realise th
Liked: The staff were lovely and very accommodating
Disliked: We were made aware of the work being done but did feel we were in the building site outside. Doors slamming shut all through the night. The duvet was very heavy I didn’t ask if there was an option as didn’t want be a bother

If you plan to bring your pet with you, please note that a GBP 35 cleaning fee will be applied. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the swimming pool unless supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under 18 years of age, supervised by parents or guardians aged 18 or over can access the swimming pool from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30 and on weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. Please note that Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to June.
As we approach our 120th year, The Dilly are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation programme that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks.
