  Clean and cozy hotel very close to the Tube, perfect for a first time in London

  Liked: The hotel is very close to tube so it’s really easy to navigate the city from it. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful

  Okay value for the money, would not stay again

  Liked: Close to the tube station. Modern vibes. Nice staff (mostly).

  Disliked: Breakfast was very poor with options. Had to ask staff several times to repair something, because you cannot even pour a juice normally, you have to use this machine. It was insanely cold in the hotel that presents itself as very "green", yet they set the AC unnecessarily to 18 degrees. Slow elevators. No one cleaned our room during our stay. No towel hangers in the bathroom (I will never understand this in the hotels).

  Good location, comfortable just outside of the touristy central London

  Liked: Very close to the Tube and grocery stores near by Very close to brick lane as well Plenty of restos and shops that close but outside of the most touristic area of London

  Liked: It was clean and staff gave us 3 macaroons to say happy birthday to my partner. Staff was very lovely and welcoming in reception. Breakfast was okay. I loved how they had options for vegans straight away, there was oat milk and also coconut yoghurt.

  Disliked: The lock was broken leaving us unsafe throughout the night. Staff said that only the cleaners had access to the room but we still didn't feel this was appropriate for health and safety. We don't know the cleaning staff, why would we want them to be able to access the room? As a young woman I would not have felt safe on my own in that room with the lock broken, luckily my partner was there, but I would have had to leave had I been on my own.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience!

  Liked: The property looks lovely in the photos, and the location seems excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the actual experience as my team member was refused check in despite prior confirmation from the hotel

  Disliked: Extremely Disappointing Experience! Booked a room on 19 September but had to send a team member instead due to work commitments. I called the hotel in advance, verified my booking and identity, and specifically explained the ID situation. Staff assured me everything was fine. However, when my team member arrived, they refused check in despite the prior agreement and my personal confirmation. The room was completely wasted! Very poor communication, inconsistent information and disappointing customer service. I paid for a room that nobody was allowed to use. Absolutely unacceptable!
