Very comfortable family owned hotel located in the heart of London near Buckingham Palace

Great place in London
Liked: Room was great. The garden is fabulous. The restaurant is worth and a lot original! Hotel cosy and staff very helpful.
Disliked: Big big probleme! Service is toi slox when you order something! It takes a long time to be served! It s not normal and it is not in the standard of hotels like that! My wife ordered an ice cream and it was like the ice cream was coming from Italy! I commanded an hamburger and I had to wait almost 1 one! Really it in the big and only probleme in this hotel! Service is toi too slow! I mean you don t have to be in a hurry if you eat there!
