Liked: The staff were great and the room had everything we needed plus lovely little extras! Having it's own car park was a huge plus for us.
Disliked: The room could do with a little freshen up soon maybe?

Liked: Super friendly staff. Lovely room. Fab breakfast. The staff made it really lovely. I left something there and they phoned to let me know! Such kindness!
Smooth stay!
Liked: The room was quite clean and well-equipped. The receptionists were very nice and welcoming. We asked for an iron and some tea, and they delivered them very quickly. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location, as it is very close to the train station. This made it very easy for us to get to central London. We also rented a car and drove to the hotel. We were able to park there, and the parking was free.
Disliked: The room was not properly ventilated. I am not sure whether the air conditioner was working or not, despite our efforts to turn it off and back on. We also opened the window to let some fresh air in.
