Good
I enjoyed my second visit immensely
Liked: This is my second stay and I was delighted with the comfort and cosiness of the room, particularly the decor, it's so tastefully done. The shower is superb and the bed and linen were of high quality. I love staying in a Georgian property, it may not have the luxury of a lift but it's part and parcel of an old building. The restaurants and interesting shops and stunning Georgian townhouses around about are fabulous.
Disliked: The staff don't greet you with a smile but they are probably fed up with people complaining about no lift.
Small clean room, no service, close to Victoria station
Liked: If you like small and clean rooms and don’t want any service, that’s a god place. 10-15 min walk from Victoria station
Disliked: Very small room and bathroom, very limited place to put your stuffs. No housekeeping even after spending 3 nights No lift, we were on 3rd floor - not easy with bagages If you want clean towels, you have to take them at the reception If you want to leave your bagages at departure, 10 pounds each in cash only which is probably illegal.
Liked: Very comfortable beds, great shower and convenient location to Victoria station

Liked: Located in walking distance to the bus and train station.
Disliked: Extremely small rooms, sink didn’t drain properly, a/c unit above head of bed dripped.
