Disliked: Picture on boiling.com did not reflect the interior at all. Very disappointing We were put on the third floor & the stairs were incredibly steep to that floor
Excellent location
Liked: Amazing location and very friendly and welcoming staff
Disliked: Windows are not sound proof so you can hear everything and everyone passing by.
The receptionist who moved us was extremely helpful to get us the correct room

Disliked: Wasn’t expecting to be in the Jenkins hotel but the room given in the Judd hotel was not what we booked Hence being moved across the road
enjoyable, good location, suited my requirements for a short stay
Liked: Room was small but adequate breakfast was good staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: i was on third floor, with no lift quite a climb.
