Exceptional
Just an ok stay
Liked: The interiors are lovely and undeniably beautiful. It is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: First, no parking for a 5-star rating hotel. We had a hard time communicating with the doorman at the time of arrival. We mentioned during our stay that we are having our wedding preparation in our suite and requested if we can have breakfast delivered to our room, however we were told that we need to pay for it be delivered despite us not asking for any freebies the time we booked the hotel though we stayed in an expensive room which is the atrium suite.
