  Great stay would book again!

  Liked: The staff were excellent, greeted us on entry and exit and had done the room up with baloons and decor for my partners birthday, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

  Amazing beds, great for the night I spent

  Liked: Very clean room, well stocked with a fridge, water, tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing. Staff very happy to help. Just so you know, there is a deposit to pay on arrival, immediately refunded upon check out (I received the money about 1h after). I have not tried the gym or sauna. The street is quiet and hotel is very close to the DCR.

  Disliked: The English breakfast was a bit "wet". Hash browns are kept warm under some steam and they are not very crispy. And no option for real bread. But for one night, it was sufficient and there are many options for the breakfast.

  No hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely stay there if we visit that part of London again!

  Liked: Absolutely spotlessly clean, top marks for helpful, intuitive, friendly staff especially reception and restaurant waitress. We booked because it was the closest hotel to the church where we were attending a funeral the next morning and it definitely lifted our trip. We had an octagonal room in the tower and it was perfect, a nice big bed, plenty of space, lots of tea and coffee including a Tassimo machine! The en-suite was very small but had everything we needed including lovely toiletries and plenty of hot water. The sub level restaurant was all authentic Indian cuisine but the waitress was very, very helpful in suggesting dishes for me as I struggle now with very hot spicy food. She even ran to get me some mango lassi when she saw I was uncomfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay near to Canary Wharf.

  Disliked: The steps down to the very small en suite were a problem for me and unfortunately the bathrobe was not made for plus size ladies!
