Did not match expectations. Expensive stay for limited in room facilities in the dark!
Liked: The lounge area for drinks and light snacks for residents is very good. The rooftop bar was nice but very expensive, limited choice on champagne.
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected. The shower flooded underneath the screen soaked everything on the bathroom floor. It was an accessible shower (not requested) but made such a mess I was mopping up for ages as it flooded all round the toilet as well. The lighting is dark. There is no plug near a mirror for drying hair no make up mirror so avoid if you are getting ready to go out. Also be careful with your credit card as they charged us for an umbrella (£90)!!! that we did not take. I have disputed this awaiting a response but my guess is they try it on with everyone as some people might not notice! I wouldnt stay again despite the great location. Too expensive for what you get.
Fab luxury hotel with central location
Liked: 2nd stay and it’s fab hotel. Gorgeous spa, helpful staff, clean rooms. Go the extra mile.
Disliked: Japanese toilet in the room didn’t work
