  Perfect spot for shopping and dining

  Liked: Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the room was always cleaned on time.

  Disliked: A few things could be improved: there’s no swimming pool, and the gym is quite small with older equipment. It would also be great if the toilets had a shattaf (water hose) installed.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect, and our room was amazing. The overall experience was excellent, and we would like to give special appreciation to Swati at reception, who was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience with the airport transfer arranged by the hotel concierge was very disappointing. We had booked a premium car for our airport drop-off, but the driver dropped us two lanes away from the Terminal 3 entrance while it was raining heavily. We were travelling with children and several pieces of luggage, and we had no umbrellas because we expected to be dropped off at the terminal entrance. As a result, we were all completely drenched, and our luggage got soaked before we could reach the gate. What made the situation more frustrating was that the driver appeared more concerned about making his exit from the airport easier than ensuring his passengers were dropped off safely and comfortably. He also asked us for the receipt provided by the hotel for the car booking, he wanted to check how much the hotel was charging its guests. This was unprofessional and left us questioning the quality of the service we had paid for. While the hotel itself was excellent, the airport transfer fell far below our expectations, especially considering that we had booked a premium car through the hotel concierge. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the standards of its transportation partners. Overall, we loved our stay and the hospitality, particularly Swati’s excellent service. However, the airport transfer was an unfortunate end to what had otherwise been a perfect experience
