  Perfect, until the concierge ruined it

  Liked: Location was great

  Disliked: Upon checkout, the concierge helped me with my bag and asked if I needed taxi I have informed him that the Chauffer company is outside if he can just take the bags there I will meet him after I check out. He did not meet me, there were two cars and my family so because he was informed to go outside and my family will assist, he didn’t. I went to the airport without my bag and upon calling the concierge they didn’t offer any help, they were rude, did not take accountability and entirely blamed me for not showing him where the car is. I specifically asked him to go outside and he shall meet the two Chauffer cars with my family who would’ve assisted and took the bag from him. The team was cooperative and I had to send an Uber which I almost missed my flight due to not having the team cooperate with me or offer any help from their side. That was unprofessional from their side and unacceptable, the concierge was defensive and on attack mode. I suggest you invest in their customer service training because what I have experienced was rudeness.

  Liked: Lovely cocktails, lovely bar, spacial mum and daughter weekend before she got married

  Disliked: I asked for a twin room., and didnt get one, booked months in advance, waa told as I booked with booking.com and not direct with the hotel the hotel could not accommodate that requirement, wanted a special weekend break with my daughter before she got married, was disappointed with the beds and palmed off as didnt book direct.
