  Great location for London

Liked: Location was perfect. Room was great. Nice breakfast. Free drinks and snacks were a nice touch.

Disliked: When I checked in the gentleman seemed rushed and didn't mention anything about the breakfast I'd paid for nor any information on the property. I also noticed a couple later that day getting a nice free drink card for the cocktail bar which he'd never mentioned either. The room was right across from the cleaning closet so the cleaners using very loud voices at 8am on Saturday wasn't great (fortunately I was awake).
